It is the second tallest man-made structure in the world after the Burj Khalifa (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) at 828 meters.

There are observation decks at 350 meters and 450 meters above the ground, offering spectacular views of the horizon during the day and the night skyline of Tokyo below at night.
