Chiba Prefectural Isumi Environmental and Cultural Village is a nature and environmental learning facility located in Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture. Established in 1995 in accordance with national environmental policies, it is a collective name for a group of facilities spread across several areas of Isumi City.

The Nature Center is the central facility of the village. It includes an exhibition floor, library, workshop, Japanese-style room, and offices. Nature guides are also available to help visitors learn more about the plants, animals, and ecosystems of the region.
The Misaki area features forests of evergreen broad-leaved trees as well as Shimizu Kannon Temple. The area offers an appealing combination of natural scenery and local cultural heritage.
The Ohara area includes an Insect Plaza, Dragonfly Pond, and Firefly Village. These locations provide opportunities to observe insects and aquatic life in habitats associated with wetlands and rural waterways.

The facilities are closed on Mondays. When Monday is a national holiday, they are closed on the following day instead. They are also closed from December 29 to January 3 for the New Year holiday.
