Mutsuzawa Smart Wellness Town, Roadside Station Tsudoi no Sato is a modern roadside station in Mutsuzawa Town, Chosei District, Chiba Prefecture. Located along Chiba Prefectural Route 150, the Otaki-Ichinomiya Line, it combines local tourism, community interaction, food, relaxation, and health-oriented facilities.

The roadside station was originally registered in August 2004. In 2015, it was designated a Priority Roadside Station as the central facility of a “Smart Wellness Town” designed around the idea of walking approximately 9,000 steps.
Following its relocation, the facility expanded its range of attractions, including local product sales, a natural hot spring, restaurants, and outdoor recreation facilities.
Tsudoi no Ichiba is the roadside station’s market selling agricultural products and specialty goods from Mutsuzawa and the surrounding area.
Visitors can find locally grown rice, fresh vegetables, flowers, and other regional products. It is a convenient place to discover the flavors and agricultural bounty of the Mutsuzawa area and to purchase locally produced ingredients as souvenirs.

One of the main attractions of the complex is Mutsuzawa Onsen Tsudoi no Yu, a natural hot spring facility using free-flowing hot spring water containing iodine-rich brine.
The facility features both indoor and open-air baths, as well as a sauna. The mineral-rich spring water is traditionally used for relaxation and is associated with benefits such as easing muscle fatigue and sensitivity to cold.

Trattoria Due is an Italian restaurant that makes use of ingredients produced locally in the surrounding region.
